Through our Accelerated Carbonation Technology (ACT), we help industry decarbonise while transitioning to a more circular operation. We capture CO₂ directly from the source to treat industrial residues and manufacture new materials. The captured carbon is locked into innovative, low-carbon products like lightweight aggregates, CircaBuild and CircaGrow.
CircaBuild, our lightweight carbon-negative alternative to natural aggregates, has various applications in construction and are a valuable high-performance alternative to natural aggregate, inherently reducing the carbon footprint of any construction project.
The CO₂ntainerᵀᴹ is the realisation of our technology as a compact, mobile CCUS solution. It allows for easy implementation, avoiding disruptions in production and is a solution that can help hard-to-abate sectors today.

ACT EXPLAINED
Accelerated Carbonation Technology (ACT) is based on one of the ways that nature has been sequestering carbon for millennia. In the natural world, this reaction is extremely slow. By engineering conditions and exposure to CO₂, our patented solution accelerates this reaction, making it a real and ready circular solution to residues and carbon emissions.
Our solution was developed by Professor Colin Hills and Dr Paula Carey at the University of Greenwich.
